After accepting my Giovanni’s marriage proposal, I was overwhelmed by a volcano of emotions: to those that a common bride can experience, were added those of someone who, in just four months, had to think about the wedding of a lifetime.

Ideally, 12-18 months allow for a smooth planning process. However, thanks to our experience, we have successfully managed weddings organized in shorter timeframes.

Each location has at least two alternative plans already in place. Our experience allows us to activate solutions in reasonable times, including the installation of temporary structures.
How do you manage the time zone for communications?
Our team is available at the most convenient times for you. Federica, International Wedding Planner, personally manages communications with international couples, ensuring quick responses in your time zone.
How do you handle the necessary documentation?
We guide you step by step through all legal and bureaucratic requirements, with clear timelines and reminders for every necessary document.
How does transportation logistics work on the Coast?
We manage every aspect of mobility: from shuttles for guests to permits for restricted traffic zones. Our team knows every road on the Coast and coordinates transportation to ensure smooth movements despite the particular terrain configuration.
Until what time can the party last?
Locations on the Coast have a standard time limit until midnight. However, we know the venues that allow extensions and manage all necessary permits to extend the celebrations in selected spaces.
Who will be present on the wedding day?
